Sundar C clarifies on ÂAindham PadaiÂ

Director-actor Sundar C clarifies that his next film, ÂAindham PadaiÂ, which is about five brothers and their relationship, does not have shades of the recently released ÂMayandi KudumbatharÂ.
ÂWhen I start my films, I try to take on a theme that hasnÂt been explored in the last five years. That was how we did ÂUllathai AllithaÂ, because such a mindless comedy wasnÂt popular at the time it was made. It was with that idea that I said yes to director BadriÂs ÂAindham PadaiÂ, which is about five brothers, says Sundar C, who plays hero in the film. ÂBut the film has been delayed for release and has come out after ÂMayandi KudumbatharÂ, which was also about brothers. I can assure you that the film has no shades to that flick.Â
Simran plays a completely negative role in this film, while Devayani is also playing an important role. VivekÂs comedy track is one of his best, assures director Badri, who had earlier directed ÂVeerappuÂ.
